Thermo Test
Each new spare part used on our products
should pass the Thermo Test as follows:
1) A sample part is put in a container under the temperature
of -40C. 48 hours later, it is taken out and droped on the ground.
2) A sample part is put in a container under the temperature
of -40C. Several hours later, it is taken out promply and put
in the container under the temperature of 76C suddenly. And
then reverse. |

Firmness test
Something weigh 20kg are put in the
sample luggage and hung on a shelf with a pulley. When the luggage
is pulled 1.5m from the ground, it is droped down suddenly.

|
 Anti-vibration
test
sample luggage is hung on, and is pulled
up suddenly. Then the bar on the rope will hit the barrier fixed
on somewhere to create vibration. The luggage will be under
this kind of vibration 2000 times.
